The firm was founded by His Excellency Ali Nasser Al-Bualy. He was appointed as the first Omani Attorney General by His Majesty the Sultan in lieu of the Royal Decree No. 90/2001. In 2001, when the judicial network was expanded in the Sultanate, given the title of His Excellency, he was responsible for the overall management of the 40 courts in Oman which looks after the felony crimes.  In year 1999, as a result of the issuance of the Royal Decree No. 92/1999, which separated Criminal Public Prosecution (CPP) Directorate from Royal Oman Police (ROP), His Excellency was appointed the President Public Prosecution as well as President of Public Prosecution for the Transitional Period.

His professional association with eminent organizations has helped him to build up excellent contacts and a close working relationship with the government and the private sector in Oman. He has extensive experience in Omani legal and litigious issues. He was involved in numerous criminal matters and had led the prosecution team throughout his career as a Public Prosecutor. He has been associated with a number of high profile cases in the Sultanate and is a Member to the Executive Committee of The International Association of Prosecutors (IAP).
